As a millennial, Ben Kolp was born with a natural interest and understanding of social media, which he first showed in his master thesis on the subject “Social Media in CRM”. He joined Orca Social after 5 years at Oracle where he worked as a Senior Social Solution Specialist with customers across EMEA.
